Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training will be organized for the students of our Faculty who are planning to undertake voluntary internships during the 2026 summer term or compulsory internships in the following academic year.

Participation in the training is mandatory in order for the University to complete the internship insurance procedures. The trainings will be organized four times throughout the year, and the first session will be held on the following date:

🕐 Time: 13:00 – 15:00
📍 Venue: UBF Classroom B104

The first session of the training will be conducted by our Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, Serap Karakoç, who will provide information on the fundamental occupational health and safety practices that should be considered during internship processes.

The second session of the training will be repeated on June 10, 2026, at the same time and venue. Students are required to attend at least one of these two sessions.

The validity period of the Occupational Health and Safety training is two years. Students who do not attend the training will have to wait until the next training period.

Students who will not undertake an internship this year but are planning to complete a voluntary or compulsory internship in the upcoming years are also strongly advised to attend the training in order to avoid any possible loss of rights.
