The second session of the Academic Experience Sharing Series organized at our faculty was held successfully. The guest of the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bağış, shared his academic experiences regarding postdoctoral (post-doc) processes with the participants.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bağış elaborated on topics such as international research opportunities, application procedures, participation in research projects, building academic networks, and the importance of international collaborations, providing detailed insights into the process. The event, where he also answered participants’ questions, proved to be a guiding resource for those aiming to gain postdoctoral experience.
