Students who have enrolled in our department through the Higher Education Institutions Additional Placement and the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS), as well as international students who registered in our department as of 23.09.2025, may apply for the English Proficiency Exam until Tuesday, 14.10.2025, at 17:30.
Students are required to fill out the relevant petition form and submit it either in person to the Secretariat of the School of Foreign Languages or via email to yd@subu.edu.tr.

NOTE: Students who were eligible to take the English Proficiency Exam held on 23.09.2025–24.09.2025 during the 2025–2026 Academic Year—regardless of whether they attended the exam—are allowed to apply for the new Proficiency Exam. However, students who took the exam on these dates and failed are not eligible to take the additional proficiency exam.
