Here is the English version: **2025–2026 Academic Year Application for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Exam**

Applications for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for the 2025–2026 Academic Year shall be submitted in person to the Student Affairs Office with a petition, in accordance with Article 6 of the Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Recognition of Prior Learning Directive.
Applications and exams will be conducted on the dates announced in the academic calendar. Exams will be held face-to-face. A student may apply for exams corresponding to courses totaling no more than 15 ECTS in a single exam period.

Documents Required for Application

For Courses:

  • A training certificate related to the subject, obtained from an authorized educational institution or public institution.

For Internship and Workplace Training:

  • A portfolio prepared during the work period or an internship logbook prepared in the format determined by the department.

  • The student must submit documentation proving Social Security Institution (SGK) registration at the workplace during the period in which the skills and competencies were acquired.

  • The student must present documents approved by the workplace supervisor showing the activities, work/training durations, and the knowledge, skills, and competencies gained.

Note: Internship, Workplace Training, Foreign Language, and Information Technologies & Coding courses are excluded from the 15 ECTS limit.
