The “Women Leading the Industry” event, organized by our student club From Zero to Summit Entrepreneurship Club, brought together students and industry professionals. The event featured Sıla Öztürk, Organizational Development Specialist at Koton, as a guest speaker.

Participants gained valuable insights on topics such as process management and optimization, productivity, and self-awareness, while also highlighting the role of women in the workforce and the importance of supporting female employees in business. The interactive format, including participant questions, made the event a highly engaging and informative experience.
