Students who wish to take courses from a different university during the 2023-2024 Summer School must email the Research Assistant of the relevant department for approval, attaching the content (syllabus/description) of the desired course to the form below [Note: Please ensure the required form is attached].

After receiving approval from the Research Assistant, they must then email the relevant Head of the Department.

SUBÜ SUMMER SCHOOL DIRECTIVE

ARTICLE 13 (Taking Courses from Other Universities)

(1) Students may take courses not offered at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences from other universities, provided that the Learning Outcome, Content, and ECTS or Course Hours are the same, and the program's minimum OSYM Base Score (in the placement year) is equal to or higher, subject to the rules specified in Article 9, and with the decision of the Department Board and the related Unit’s Executive Board.

ARTICLE 9 (Course Load)

(1) In the Summer School, a student may take a maximum total of 15 Unit Hours or four (4) courses, institution-internal or institution-external (excluding Internship, Graduation Project/Design Work courses), provided there is no conflict in schedule. Enrollment may be performed if a conflict occurs in courses where the attendance requirement has already been met.
