Students who wish to apply for a make-up exam must apply via BYS (Student Information System) after the final exam and once the course's letter grade has been announced.

After completing the application process on BYS, students must fill out the make-up exam application form below [Note: Form link is expected here].

They must then submit the completed form to the department secretary along with the documents proving their excuse/justification.
Important Note: Applications from students who fail to submit documentation proving their excuse will not be taken into consideration.
