The project “Expanding AI-Supported Women Entrepreneurship”, prepared by the Youth Development and Entrepreneurship Association, carried out in partnership with Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, and supported by the Directorate General for Relations with Civil Society of the Ministry of Interior, has been launched.

Within the framework of this project, 30 women entrepreneurs received “AI-Supported Entrepreneurship Trainer Training”. The training was conducted on May 16–17 by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selma Kılıç Kırılmaz, Dr. Gökhan Atalı, and Lecturer İlknur Çakar, covering different themes with a hands-on, practical approach over two days. At the end of the project, it is aimed that the 30 trained women entrepreneurs will further disseminate the knowledge, reaching at least 6,000 women entrepreneurs across Sakarya.

This new project aims to empower women entrepreneurs, enhance societal welfare, and contribute to the development of Sakarya. The recent rise of AI-supported entrepreneurial initiatives and the increased efficiency they bring have highlighted the importance of this project.

The main goal of the project is to enable women aspiring to become entrepreneurs to strengthen their skills by learning AI-supported applications, keeping pace with global developments, and advancing in the field of entrepreneurship. By prioritizing women entrepreneurship, our country and province take a leading role in societal development while also contributing to the growth of civil society.

The project targets a wide audience: women entrepreneurs, women interested in entrepreneurship, women working in the private sector, women in the civil sector, women with disabilities, immigrant women, young women (university students and youth centers), women working in the public sector who want to engage in entrepreneurship, and women in cooperatives seeking to improve their technology skills.
