Within the scope of the Career Management course conducted by our Faculty, a practical training event was organized for our students with the participation of representatives from KNS Automotive. The event was attended by Yasemin Yıldırım, Human Resources Manager of KNS Automotive, and Metin Kaya, Administrative Affairs Manager.

During the event, students were provided with comprehensive information on interview techniques and effective CV preparation. As part of the training, an interview simulation reflecting real recruitment processes was conducted, allowing students to experience the interview process firsthand. In addition, students’ CVs were reviewed, and individual feedback was provided on their strengths and areas for improvement.

The event, which aimed to contribute to students’ career planning, attracted great interest thanks to its practice-oriented content.
