The seminar titled “Combating Violence Against Women and Safe Relationships,” organized by Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Women and Family Studies Application and Research Center (SUBÜ-KAM), was held in the B102 Hall of our faculty.

The seminar was moderated by Tuğçe Bal, while Hilal Zülal Kaya took part as the speaker. During the program, the social dimensions of violence against women, institutional mechanisms for combating violence, and awareness studies aimed at establishing safe relationships were discussed.

The seminar, conducted interactively with the participants, emphasized the importance of healthy communication, social awareness, and support mechanisms. The event attracted significant interest from students and academic staff, and participants’ questions were also answered.
