Students of our faculty who wish to undertake a voluntary summer internship and to ensure that their insurance procedures are completed by our university are required to pay attention to the following points:

Students who will carry out their internship in the summer term of 2026 must attend at least one of the Occupational Health and Safety trainings to be held on June 3 and June 10 at 13:00. Students may attend both sessions if they wish.

The validity period of these trainings is 2 years. Students who do not attend will be able to participate in the next training no earlier than September 2026.
Students who will not undertake an internship this year but plan to complete a voluntary or compulsory internship next year are also strongly advised to attend these trainings to avoid any potential loss of rights.

Voluntary summer internships are scheduled in two separate periods. Internships cannot be carried out outside of these dates.
Period 1: July 6 – July 31
Period 2: August 3 – August 28

All students who wish to undertake a voluntary internship (including those whose internship placement has not yet been finalized) are required to fill out the Google Form provided in the link below.
