The event titled “Toyota’s Management Philosophy: Experiences from the Source of Lean Thinking,” organized in collaboration between our Faculty and the From Zero to the Top Entrepreneurship Community, was successfully held with strong attendance and significant interest.

The guest speaker, Yılmaz Akbaba, shared his extensive experience in the automotive industry and provided valuable insights into Toyota’s production and management culture. Drawing on his professional experience in Japan, he highlighted the practical implementation of lean thinking principles. The event stood out for its insightful and inspiring content, offering significant value to the participants.
