Within the scope of the Human Resources Management course, the training titled Current Practices in Human Resources Management was held in our faculty. The guest of the event was Baki Özlük, Director / Manager of Employee Relations and General Services at Ekol Logistics.

During the training, current practices in human resources management, employee–manager relations, corporate processes, and sectoral experiences were discussed. Thanks to the insights shared by the industry representative, students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical examples.

The event concluded with a commemorative photo taken after the students’ questions were answered. Our faculty will continue to organize such events that contribute to the professional and sectoral development of students.
